CONCENTRATION
Concentration is focusing in what you're doing. Concentration is really important especially during reading, listening and studying.
CAUSES OF POOR CONCENTRATION :

- Not pay attention during class
- Not understand
- Didn't have a good strategies
- Cramming (last minute study)
- Interference (having two or more exam in the same day)
- Test anxiety (negative thought about oneself, did not prepare well for the test)

1. Massed practice VS. Spaced practice
- When an individual study non-stop without having a break even a while is called MASSED
PRACTICE. When individual is having a short break during his/her study is called SPACED
PRACTICE.
2. Break reading material down
- You should not force yourself to study everything in one day. You maybe can study 2 chapter
only per day. So that you will have time to revise back what you have study. You also would not
easily forget what have you study on that day.

- After study you should repeating all the information many time

a) Associations - 'connect ' each word or event with a person, place, thing, picture, feeling or situation
